    Go somewhere else, anywhere else, seriously. If you choose not to heed this warning then make sure you get everything in writing as they do not deliver on verbal promises. I took a higher end pair of Klipsch earbuds in to get a new plug put on. - Dropped them off mid December - picked up mid Jan, brought them home and they sounded terrible - brought them back, was told I'd be refunded if they couldn't fix them - got called to bring in my Ipod two weeks later because they apparently sounded f

    No Communication

    Sent TV for warranty claim. Weeks have gone by, so I call them. Part is being ordered, no idea when it will be ready. Why do i need to call you for this? Why am I not updated on the status. Theres another electronic repair shop down the street. Going there next time. Still havent gotten the TV back, or any more info.
