    In June of 2022 I came to agreement with Leigh Peterson, owner of LROC Construction, to fix a problem with a stone step in the front of my house that needed to be re-mortared into place. He agreed on a price of $350. A week later he came to the house on a Saturday to do the job. As he started, he began to move the stone, which was fully lose, out of place and set it out of the way temporarily. I offered to help but he declined. He proceeded to drop the stone, breaking into 2 large piece with som
