This is the absolute best place to go to. I live in Hamilton and come all the way to Malton just for Bannu Beauty Care. This is the best place for eyebrows, haircuts, waxing, piercings, etc. The salon is usually busy when I go but it is definitely worth the wait. I recommend everyone to go here for their services. I’ve known the owner for years and she is the sweetest lady. Great customer service.
Owner is the sweetest! She’s quick she efficient! My mom and I have going to her ever since she opened! Yes she gets super busy at times but I like how she keeps track of first come first serve!!!
I have been visiting Sree to get my eyebrows done for almost 10yrs now. As a guy you hesitate to do things like thread your eyebrows, but Sree makes it look clean without overdoing it. She has changed locations in the past, but I have not changed visiting her. Sree does a great job, and makes you feel like a valued customer. Would highly suggest going to visit her if youre in the area!
this place is just amazing im getting my eyebrows done every single time at bannu’s beauty care. i used to go to the expensive places to get the perfect shape and spending alot of money but since i have stated coming here i can’t even think to go anywhere else. i would rather wait for its opening hours instead of going somewhere else to get myself prepare for a perfect look. honestly, i can’t survive without bannu’s beauty care🤗👌its really affordable 😊
She is the worst salon lady with horrible customer service. I went for my eyebrow threading.After doing my one eyebrow she asked me regarding the shape, I genuinely suggested her that I find it thinner and shorter than before. After hearing this she gave me a disgusting look and started insulting me in front of all clients as if I hurted her ego.If you wana get humilated she is the best place for it. I will suggest her to close her salon instead. She has no sense of talking.
If I could rate this company zero stars I would. They have the worst customer service ever. No greetings, and like most beauty salons didn't acknowledge me or ask what I would like done. The owner is rude and just looks at you in disgust. Not to be ignorant but I think they only acknowledge their "kind".
Bannu beauty care has a great costumer service, as I went there last week their tools were clean and sterilized. I am very happy with the service they provided with eyebrows and haircut and I recommend everyone to go there.
Worst service ever lady who doing eyebrow she have lot of attitude for no reason when she do wax she use her cut cloths she dont use wax strip !! Yark plus lot of attitude for no reason i dont understand why those type of people how open there own shop those who dont have any manners to talk with customers no manners to talk !! Even she worse in threading she dont k ow how to thread i have much more to say but i think thats enough for u guys stop going that dirty place
Bannu beauty care is the best place in malton. I went there yesterday. Tools was sterilized, clean store and really nice customer service. I love this place.
The worst experience ever..
The owner has NO manners or customer service attitude. Extremely unprofessional. Absolutely has no respect. Haven't met or interacted with anyone like her in my life. Infact when I narrated my discomfort that I felt after her service on the phone since I didn't want to bring it up in front of other customers she had the audacity to hang up.
I suggest and strongly recommend not go there.
