This was our third time at Copa Cabana, we keep returning after our first visit two years ago. wish we had a place like this in Ohio. The Salad bar and meat selection is amazing.Hard to find a good restaurant like this that is consistant. AMAZED at how great most of the staff is (Hostess not so good), Thank you for once again for a wonderful time at the Copa Cabana.

Went on a friday night, had made reservations for...

Went on a friday night, had made reservations for 8pm. Due to weather and traffic however, was 30min late. Upon arrival though, we were seated immediately. A waitress came by and explained if we were here for the first time (we were) and explained how the buffet worked. She was great, and apparently only her 3rd day at work. I am not sure if the manager of this restaurant finally took in people's complaints, but we experienced excellent service. Our waitress dropped by many times to ask how we were doing and filled our wine glasses. There were many servers too coming around with the meat and asked us numerious times specifically what meats we wanted, and several minutes later brought what we had asked. Some of the meat was too dry for me, but most of the selection was tasty & great. I got full pretty quick just trying the different types. The entertainment was great too. The live band and dancers made it truly unique. My friends were dragged to dance and made for some memorable photo. Our group was from Toronto and I am so glad we choose this restaurant. Keep up the good food & service! Thanks for a great time!

We arrived for a friend's party and they had the reservation wrong for the amount of people. We had to wait for them to scramble for tables. Others are right about the front "welcoming" girls, they could use a lesson on politeness. Not good value for your money, you could go to lots of salad bars with far more selection at less than half the cost. As far as the meat, I found most of it tasteless and too under done, and we normally eat our beef medium rare, and this was running red. We normally dine at Remington's, and that's where we will return for quality and value.

This place is amazing. This is a great place to go.I felt like I was in Brazil. It was a mini vaction. It is a different concept then where I have every been. They have a hot and cold buffet bar with a variety of different salads and fish. This place is a meat lovers heaven. You have an endless supply of steak, filet mignon, sausages, kebobs, chicken, pork and lamb. They also have roasted pineapple it was AMAZING. They come around the table with the different types of meat on a stick and shave it off at your table. They come to you, you dont even have to get up to get your food. Thier was also live entertainment with dancers. It was a fun and lively place. I would recommend it to everyone and the next time I visit Niagara Falls I would be sure to go back there again. The food was amazing and full of flavour.

Was the first time going there and I was with a...

Was the first time going there and I was with a group of approx 168 people. The staff and the food were absolutely amazing. Great band playing as well while we ate. I will definitely be back again. The roasted pineapple made alot of people's mouth water for more. All around it was a fantastic evening. Thanks for the great service.
