Pioneer Family Pools

Did not dig our pool according to signed specifications, resulting in overcosts and poor handling of the situation with town permits.

Review is for pool construction. Dealt with the sales mgr and he has a policy to not provide referrals. He referred us to social media for reviews. Reviews were difficult to discern what was a review for the store or Oakville pool construction. If we took the reviews at face value, we would not have gone with Pioneer. He was clear that he does not have or give references. He finds it ‘intrusive’. We felt strongly that when spending $100k+, you should at a minimum speak to other customers.

Advertise on ground pools installation but don’t give u a quote because they don’t install anymore ... got excuses about personnel issues. Would not recommend this location .

Quick to secure the sale but TERRIBLE at service, quality of workmanship and effectiveness when dealing with issues. Incorrect placement of pool in the backyard, incorrect size of collar poured, incorrect installation of pool cover grommets resulting in damage to stone and delayed closing by month due to losing our safety cover. The cover is still missing? incompetent at every step.

The in store service guys were great in helping me sort out an issue with defective seals on a valve. They have a good supply of parts.

Just a quick note to thank Ali & Mercedes for their friendly service & knowledgeable advice when we came in recently looking for patio furniture. With so many choices in retailers it was refreshing to walk into a store & be so well taken care of!

If I could give a negative score I would . I paid 326 dollars for a pool opening which involved nothing more than putting my cover away and starting my pump which I later found out took an hour . I’m in the wrong business . Was mislead to believe the pool was cleaned and chemicals added. I’ve since called other company’s for pool openings that actually clean the pool as well for the same price . Thanks for nothing Pioneer .

Pool project built and commissioned on time and on budget. Excellent workmanship and on-going support. The company simply cares about her customers. I have had my share of contractors over the years, but Pioneer Pools just towers above them all. Highly recommended.

Amazing, this is the first year I've had a pool and they have been over the top helpful and teaching me how to properly run my pool on my own!

This monstrosity of a corporation measured my pool which has a deep end, and sent me a pool liner that has one depth! The depth of my shallow end! We brought this miscalculation to these monsters to which they responded with "IT'LL STRETCH!" Stretch and make another hole if you ask anyone who understands that surface areas do not retract simply because your cover does not fit. TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE, spent 1 grand here and now my pool looks like satan's bathtub!

Great place for pool and patio shopping

Purchased patio set a few years ago and gazebo this year. Excellent selection & quality of products. Show room bright and clean. Great selection of pool parts and fittings. Staff is very helpful and informative. Customer service is excellent. Delivery of furniture and gazebo as scheduled. Pioneer team delivered both patio set and gazebo to back yard.
