I had Teresa give me a pedicure manicure and eyebrow wax. She did an excellent job on all three. You can tell she loves her work. Very personable and listens to you. Would recommend her to friends. Will be going back for sure!
This woman would not listen to what I requested. I just wanted a french manicure. She kept trying to upsale me on some sort of fake nails. I was not interested. I was trying to avoid the mess those nails make. Well I thought she was applying nail polish but I just spent 2 hours trying to remove the mess. Eventually had to file down the nails. Everything I wanted to avoid from the beginning. This woman (older) does not listen. AT ALL.
Poor poor service.Shame on you.Asy for pedi and gel nails said it at less 3 times and owner husband gave price.He did pedi and trim nails then wife took over doing shellac that I did not ask for.I tell her at least 5 times I want gel nails.She tell me i need not to talk it slows her down.Paid and left will never return.You have a business and you need to listen to clients not what you want just to take money then pretend language is a problem.Youbeen here long enough to know.What gel nails are.
Great Customer Service, But Quality of Service is Inadequat!
Customer service is fantastic. The Young Man that Greets You and Gets You Set Up For Your Appointment is Charming and Friendly. Staff that Provide Service for Mani/Pedi are also Kind and Friendly. However, This was By Far the Worst Mani/Pedi I have Ever had in My Life. Toenail were Cut Way to Short, They were Mis-Shaped and Jagged. There was Very Little Time Spent Filing Heels, No Lotion was Used to Moisturize the Skin and Polish was all over the Skin and no Cuticle Oil was used.
My girlfriend and I will never go back. Very bad service our nails chipped off the next day. Used the same tools on both of us.Refused to return our money.
Worst shellac manicure ever!
Nails were filed unevenly, cuticles got poked so harshly I was bleeding... I had to re-file when I got home, shellac on my skin .. just the worst! The area where you get your nails done was sloppy, I felt like it was her first time doing this.
Can't wait to get them re-done tomorrow!
Please save yourself and do not go here.
She was also trying to pressure me into a pedicure! Thank god I didn't!

The service was good, it was fast and delightful. The facility was clean and the staff were friendly. However it may be a bit hard to understand the lady but shes very cute! I made an appointment to come back next week.

Worst experience!! I got there at my appointment time but had to wait 15 more min. Then when i told her i wanted black tips instead of the white i came in with, she said "nail too short for tip - i do full nail" and proceeded to slather black all over my nail. I wanted the tips only black. She said it would look bad, & almost refused to do it. She kept speaking to the man about me in her language after I made her fix the nail. She then tried to pressure me into a pedi. Nails were uneven as well
I never write reviews but I felt like I had to this time, I went in for my eyebrow wax and the lady was so rough with me, pulling me everywhere and CONSTANTLY pushed her other services on me, the first time I politely said no thank you and by the 5th time I was angry telling her NO. Not only that but when I went home I discovered they were uneven! Worst eyebrow wax experience I have ever had! Also the place didn't look that clean..... Super unprofessional.
I was a walk in & asked if they could just shape & polish my toe nails...the older woman said yes but called a man out of the back room to do it...he was extremely rude to me and did a horrible job. When the woman finished with another client she took over and the 2 of them had an argument that was not in English. I told them I had never been treated like this at a salon before. She finished my nails and gave me a lecture on coming in earlier next time...I will never go back
Last Sunday I called the spa to come in to get my nails done and a man answered the phone and said "hello". I said I had the wrong number and called back. The same man answered again, the same way "hello". Again, I said I had the wrong number so I just drove over to the plaza they are in and walked in and saw two people screaming at each other at the back of the spa. It caught me off guard. I walked out without them noticing me because they were too busy fighting. I will never go back! EVER!
Went in a few days ago for a pedi/powder nails set and loved the service! Clean bright and friendly environment with good price points.Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable good quality nail service.
I had the worst experience in this nail salon. I do not normally take the time to write reviews, but anyone who wants to walk into a salon that smells very badly of chemicals should walk into this one. It was awful. Plus the older woman who did my nails was very pushy and would not listen to how I wanted my nails done. They looked horrible by the time she was done and she insisted I pay with cash. The older man who worked there was yelling a lot too. I was so disappointed. I will never return.
