Had to give this place a one star or else it allow me to write a review. This is the worst Toyota dealership I ever did business with. Will never go there to even buy a light bulb for my Sienna

Try to avoid this dealership. They dont deliver what they committed. The manager was rude and he doesn't listen to what happend to the customer. He thinks he is always right and doesn't apologize. I got stuck between their internal politics and left stranded.

2 weeks ago So I was involved in an accident I decided to take my Lexus to Brimill Toyota since it's Lexus and Toyota brand. So I was told initially that there will be lifetime warranty on the work. On me after 3 weeks the front bumper came off loose. Then I was told Brimill Toyota that they have used aftermarket bumper not OEM so the bumper itself is not covered under warranty have to still have to pay labour fees. Brimill Toyota is a scam please stay away from this dealership specifically the

PUBLIC SHOULD AWARE : Highlander 2020 has some very life threatening, Software malfunctioning issues. It will stall on drive. Mine did twice. My dealer is Brimell Toyota, Worse place to buy a Toyota vehicle from. They dont give dawn about your life. When I took it to them Feb 2020, They said nothing could find, and the manager threaten us to take it back or they will charge for loaner. We took it, during the COVID was not driven, Jun 2020 again stalled on the street while driving with kids. The

Stay away form this place! Had the body shop do some work on our vehicle and it was a disaster. So many trips and apologies and excuses that we have given up and will get another body shop to fix all their mistakes. Even had the management involved and they were useless.
