Foodland Smithville

Store is clean and neat however they are often lacking cat grass which used to be available all the time in the past and just a few days ago had to get some food colouring and it took 2 employees 20 minutes to even realize they dont have any waisting my precious time just standing in store while barely alive employee was trying to find another employee. Many times noticed employees being in their own little world stocking shelves and when approached by a customer acting unaware and disoriented.

Super overpriced! Like $10 for a dollar store lantern? Seriously?? You can drive 750 yards and save $9

The produce here can be pretty awful- expensive and not fresh. Most things in the store are approximately 50-100% more expensive than stores in Grimsby or Beamsville. I’d like to support local stores but this place sadly makes it well worth the drive down the mountain...

Fantastic

This location is an example of what all grocery stores should aspire to be. Well kept and very tidy, friendly staff, and solid in-stock. Produce and meat is of high quality. Nice selection of hot foods and sale items always in stock. I shop at this location weekly, always a pleasure.
