    Innovative Kitche...

    Innovative Kitchen designed and installed cabinet for my kitchen and master ensuite the project was $58,000. They installed uneven doors and uneven handles. Many dents and scratches were found on on the cabinet.They left exposed electrical wires in drawers. It's been 9 months so far but they haven't fixed them all yet.Beginning from 5 months ago, one of the designers called me and told me someone would come on Thursday. So far I've taken 3 Thursday off but nobody came or called back.

    Innovative Kitche...

    Innovative Kitchen Design were one of the two options I was given by Pinewood Niagara Builders. The amount we spent on our kitchen and en-suite is $9,800. We moved in to our newly built home and noticed plenty of cracks and bubbles in our kitchen and en-suite cabinets. Kitchen counter was short and did not hit the wall so they put a thick ugly back splash to cover it instead of replacing it. Our fridge did not fit even when they were giving the dimensions of our appliances while it was being designed before it was built. They took the pantry apart to fit the fridge in and left all the parts in my living room which had nails sticking out from some of the pieces. We have two dogs and family with kids visiting at that time so it was very dangerous. Our cooking appliances (cooktop, oven, and hood vent) were not centered. They centered my hood vent with the cooking appliances but did a poor job because now you could see a gap between the ceiling and the top part of it. They also drilled holes to back were they should not since there are already holes in there to put the screws in. Most of the damaged pieces they replaced were not even the same stain as the original pieces. It has been almost 4 months since we moved in and we're still missing doors and drawer fronts besides the different tone pieces. None of my calls have been returned and got a few hang ups. They are very unprofessional to their customer, poor workmanship on their installations with poor quality products. I hope this would serve as a warning to many that reads this so they would not go through the same as us.
