    The 280Elm location has the absolutely worst wifi any place I have ever been. Wifi keeps dropping. Offering free Wi-Fi is pretty standard for businesses to offer their customers. If your wifi keeps dropping, then your service isnt up to snuff as that is part of the Tims experience. Wont return.

    Wait times in the drive thru are consistently long but haveing to wait at the speaker for someone to take your order is just small town bad manners. I visit this location often during the week and the staff is very polite and completely efficient. However after visiting there today at 5:00pm I can assure you I will not be back. In addition to waiting at the speaker, and paying $5 more than I should have, I threw the entire order in the garbage when I got home.
