The worst pizza I ever had.

Ordered 4 pizzas for take out and every single one of them was burnt. What I mean by that is the cheese was so black that nobody could tell which pizza was which. When you are eating pizza you are having a good time and enjoying the moment of glorious food and family/company, but the room was silent the entire time as soon as my family saw how they looked. I made sure that it was not a problem to order take out from this place and was told it would not be a problem whatsoever. So I arrived at the time they were supposed to be ready, but the so called chef didn't even put one of them in the authentic wood burning oven, which looks like it was made by an amateur. So I had to stand at the bar for 10 minutes where 2 Luka Magnotta lookalikes were drinking some broke college kid swill in between their mouthbreathing sessions. Not a sound from the kitchen! It was a Thursday evening and people were eating in the restaurant, but it was only a handful of tables occupied. Still strange though and to see only one waiter operating the entire function. Very weird. I expect a good review from a relative or worker who will not state they are in the next few weeks or months.

Finally! AUTHENTIC wood oven pizza.

Absolutely incredible. Great hidden gem. Where have u been all my life?? My wife and I thought we were eating in Tuscany all over again. Treated some friends of ours and now their hooked. The pasta was great but the pizza was to die for! Oh, we'll be back!!!

To Die For!

Was about 3 years ago with 3 of the kids when we were last here, but the older ones gave a taste of their take-out and we had to go back. The pizza is the best and the penne al a vodka was light and creamy and delicious. It was intoxicating to the point you think you can't come back or you'll never eat anything else. Including a salad and bottle of wine we spent under $50 before tip. I imagine the same meal in T.O. or N.Y. would be be double. The service was surprisingly not slow and Vince chatted only briefly with us at the end of our meal. We won't wait so long to go back again.

one of my favourites for the food

Great food; bad service! the food is very fresh and authentic italian! Slow service need better staff and faster staff. The food is also slow to come out!!
