Excellent service, and excellent flowers. They created two stunning arrangements -the casket arrangement and standing arrangement- on limited notice and with limited resources given the timing (we called on Dec. 31 for delivery on January 2). The flowers were absolutely stunning -lush and full and fresh (even four days later!) and we were so, so pleased and appreciative of their efforts. They really stood out and were a beautiful tribute

Irene Flowers has been creating my arrangements ( big orders) for years now. I love her work, quality of flowers are beautiful. She always listens, and has a smile on her face.

Very Rude

I totally agree with the last post. These are the rudest people ever. The flowers that they sent seemed to have no card. When I called to complain and left a message, they called back and accused me of “rambling” and being “uncivil”. They complained that I complained and called the family at the funeral home liars. Rather than calm me down, they seemed to go out of their way to upset me. Then they accused me of not respecting them. They are lucky that they are at a good location, because their customer service is awful.
