From happy to completely disappointed...

I will be fare to say that the owner is an extremely skilled barber, probably the best I have seen. He wasn't there once, and I let one of his girls cut my hair - not even close. I have always been seeing him. However, as I lived a million times, the experience was getting worse each time. The very first time I had a "wow", he really has the skill and the ability to nail it. But then each time the time and effort spent on my cut was going down gradually. Last time the scissors were not even used, a 10 min quick zip-zip with a clipper, and same 20$ lighter I left the place disappointed, even though I didn't show it. Question: what is it with the barbers - why don't they ever try to keep you as a customer?
