Went to the main Tiffany store on Sherbrooke street and the service was fantastic from the minute I entered the store to the minute I left. Greeting, listening to my needs, fond farewell as well as the hospitality. They treated me like a princess. WOW!

Amazing service with Suzanne!!!

Was disappointed to say the least with the service I received from Tiffany. After a Tiffany gold ring I had received in 2013 split down the middle, I was told by 2 members of Tiffany's staff that the ring was old and I MUST have banged it or damaged it myself for that type of damage to occur. I took the ring to an independent jeweler to be repaired and they told me without a doubt that this was a defective product and to take it back to Tiffany. Terrible quality and terrible service.

Mon conjoint m'a offert un ensemble collier et bague de Paloma Picasso acheté chez Tiffany. La bague n'étant pas de la bonne taille, je me présente à la boutique avec mon reçu cadeau et la bague. Pour me l'échanger on m'a fait signer tous les papiers avec tous les prix et on m'a remis une copie avec le prix aussi. Le tout avec un service pitoyable et non courtois. Ceci n'est pas à la hauteur du prix et du positionnement de cette bannière.
