This dealership is a class act from the owner himself (Terry) to his sales team all the way to his service team. I have done business with them bought and ordered trucks and never had a issue, they go the extra mile John my sales guy goes above and beyond for his clients and continues to out do himself even picking my truck up while I was at work and delivering it back to me while I was busy so I didn't have to reschedule my appointment now that's service you don't get at the other dealerships.

I had to take my 2016!F150 XLT in for 2 recalls. I phoned for an appointment and got on a couple of days later. I took the truck in and was greeted when I walked up to the desk. I asked if the curtesy carb could give me a ride. They said they would try to have the truck finished by 4. At 2pm they called and said the truck was ready. We went and picked it up. Great service and very pleasent to deal with.

Fast, Efficient, affordable and professional! Royal Ford took care of my issues in a timely manner, and didn't break the bank! Kudos to the service department staff!!
