Whenever I come in to get any services done, the receptionist (think her name is Loren or Laura) always is so bubbly, and always has a smile on her face. She sends me up to the salon where I usually am greeted by Hilary or Elisa? (Spelling). Whichever one they are always quick to offer me a coffee or tea. And they escort you over to the stations and make great conversation. Then I'm usually greeted (Loudly) by my Lovable stylist GIANCARLO!
