I've been renting with Hertz in Thunder Bay Airport for years--the Manager, Lara, is a cheerful staple of the airport; it wouldn't be the same coming to Thunder Bay and not seeing her smiling face! Hertz's cars are always clean, new and the price can't be beat! Staff is always cheerful and friendly and it's not unusual for them to give regular clients free upgrades to higher-priced vehicles. Keep up the good work Hertz in Thunder Bay! You will always be my preferred rental company.

There were a lot of people in the store, and the staff were quite busy, but someone attended to us within 2 minutes of our arrival.
