I'm thinking a competitor wrote the review Small and Thin. Why else would they say they aren't good? I have been going there for years and they have the best fish and chips I have ever eaten. If they aren't a competitor, they should go back and try them again. They don't know what the're missing.

Found your restaurant online when searching for good places to eat in oakville. We stopped in for lunch just after 1 p.m. saturday. while there was a bit of a line,mit moved quickly and we were soon seated. We had the pear and butternut squash soup, a grilled chicken sandwich and blackened salamon salad. all of the food was exceptional! Staff was friendly and welcoming. we are very happy to have found the this jewel of a restaurant and look forward to our next visit. Well done!

I visited this establishment with some potential clients the other day and was taken back by the service we had. I must say the food was great, but what sets this venue apart from others, is quality of customer service we were provided with. The Manager himself made his way to our table and ensured we were happy with our orders, which we were. My clients who were from the States were happy and we also got a deal done. I have been at this restaurant twice. The first time was just ok. However the second visit left my guest and myself wanting more. So a group of us are going next week. My guest said that she felt comfortable not rushed and the servers were very pleasant. Food was very good and at the proper temperature. It is a little pricey but then I felt that we got what we paid for. Truly looking forward to the next visit. Liked the atmosphere and everything very clean and orderly.

Love this place! My husband and I were looking for good fish and chips and we were quite satisfied. I dont really care what the place looks like on the inside as long as it is clean. They have a sign saying the health department has been there and checked the place out and they passed so thats alright in my books. I think some people are a little dramatic on here. I thought the portion size was perfect, So did my husband who is a large eater. How much food does one person really need? it is a bit pricey but it's worth it for a treat once in a while!
