They keep to a tight schedule so you're never waiting long & the waiting room is separated between dogs/cats (with the exception of Mr. Moo, the "greeter cat"). Prices are very fair; they don't insist unnecessary procedures or fancy food. The staff at the desk remember us & remember our cats by name.
