This is a state of the art daycare with a very caring and very organised staff. Everyday, when I go to pick up my son, he doesn't want to leave. Really it is a good daycare. Read more
Merci you are the BEST ???? Read more
I believe we are very lucky to have obtained a place in this daycare. Our child is attending for 1,5 years and we are very satisfied. She always brings home lots of pictures she made and they also do a lot of other creative activities. They always organize presentations for holidays, with singing, dancing and drama. The stuff is very considerate and welcoming and I can see they love the kids. Some drawbacks: Their holidays are usually not in sync with the regular ones, so we always have to look for an extra day at work. Also, they charge you 1$ per each minute when you're late to look for your child in the evening (after 6 PM). Read more

Step one: Listen
Word of mouth is always a good starting point. If you have friends who already have children in childcare services, ask them how they found their babysitter or daycare centre. Get several points of view so you can make a list of all the advantages and disadvantages of each kind of child care provider.

A search on your provincial government’s family services website may turn up a list of regulated childcare services in Lasalle Montreal QC. Whether regulated or not, home daycares sometimes advertise in newspapers or on community websites providing information on available space.

Step three: Visit
See if it’s possible to visit the daycares or home child care facilities you’re considering. Ask lots of questions and gather information about their policies on the following things:
  • Staff training
  • Emergency care plans
  • Hygiene and cleanliness
  • Food and allergies
  • Hours of operation
  • Accessibility for children with special needs
  • Late pick-up policy
