The BEST service, period! I called in the late morning and described to Lori-Ann an issue with our washing machine. After determining a possible cause and whether or not they had the part in stock, she arranged for Daryl to contact me. He arrived later that same day (we live an hour outside of Lloydminster) and repaired the washer without having to use the new part.
