Great service and a delicious meal consistent with what i expect from this restaurant. The garlic bread was fresh, the arrabbiata sauce (Hell's Kitchen chicken) was spicy, and the service was friendly. Their Spanish Coffee wasn't as good as I'd expected, but a decent cup of coffee is a rarity in most restaurants...
My only complaints are that the temperature inside was cold, and the booths seem a little cramped.

We were greeted at the door by a respectful very friendly young woman named kirsten, then brought to our nice roomy comfortable booth at the side of the restaurant. we were greeted by our server straight away, Tina, who Brought our first round of drinks. Once we saw the menu we ordered nice and quickly, the menu was quite detailed. Salad and bread was brought to our table and the feast began. when tina brought our food to the table i joked that i might have to take it home. I was able to eat a couple of pieces and she kindly packed the rest up for me.
I enjoyed the NY theme in this resaurant. I will return to this east side mario's often i had a great time and felt like i was a guest in their home.

We arrived in Kingston for a hockey tournament and searched for a restaurant that was able to accommodate a group of 40, half of which were kids. The owner together with his staff welcomed our team and did an amazing job. The kids had a great time, the service was the best we've seen from any east side Mario's, and they did a great job on the food. Hats off to the staff and the owner for going above and beyond! We'll be back for sure.

We live out of the area and normally don't eat at ESM's as we have been bitterly disappointed in the past. Not so at this location! Our experience here put this restaurant back on our radar!
Great service, friendly staff (ask for Holly, she's lovely) and the kids were well looked after. Not to mention the ice-cold beer and fresh and tasty food.
If you have given up on East Side Mario's don't pass this one up. These guys should show the rest of the chain how it's done! EXCELLENT!

Went there with 2 friends, the host at the front door was great, smile held the door, sat us withen 4 min there was a small wait but it was dinner time. Some big over weight lady was kinda rude to the server tho, people that are in a bad mood should stay home, stop trying to dump on others. Go on a diet. I really enjoy East side Mario's regularly. They usually have a good selection of food, a nice ambiance and speedy service. However, last time i went was during patio season and the amount of flies lying around our indoor table was just awful. I was definitely not impressed.
