The crust was thin and perfectly crispy, with a slight char that hinted at the traditional wood-fired baking method. Arrived late, cook had left but as we just left without food, the owner and his wife invited us back in and his chef wife made wonderful chicken Alfredo and done in seemingly minutes. The service was worth the trip alone and the delicious portions filled this 270 pound (123kg) hearty eater. The waiter, Ray, extremely nice and the owner introduced wife after we finished. The foccacia bread was delicious. They brought us extra when ours was gone. The decor is calming even when the restaurant is packed. Please make a reservation!
