Definitely the best bar / restaurant in the area. Great Patio in the back and very cozy atmosphere inside. This is a designated heritage building and there are old pictures of the area on the walls which is a nice touch. The food is great and it's a mix of Italian, Mexican, American. What I like most is the open kitchen. The food is prepped in the open! It's a refreshing change from almost all other restaurants that prep food behind closed doors (makes you wonder what's really crawling in the kitchen). The Bar has good selection on tap and there is a comfortable lounging area in the back by the fireplace as well. If you are looking for something in this area, I would definitely recommend going here. Read more

Everyone loves Mexican food and especially burritos! YUMM..!! I love burritos because they have a mixture of vegetables in them! I would rate this 5 stars because when I went there they had good service and they gave the food to you as soon as possible. When I went there they messed up my order, but when I told them they said they would give me my correct order plus a free drink. So overall I would say that they had very good staff and service. This restaurant is for the whole family. It has a kids menu too. There price range was between $10 to $20. Pros (Good things / what I loved): 1. clean and organized 2. food was good 3. The food is very good, fresh and definitely homemade. The staff/owners are very friendly and wonderful with kids. Child meals are large enough for 2 kids to share, and come with an ice-cream dessert! Love the bright coloured decor and the ceramic topped tables, very mexican very vibrant, and I really like it when they play mellow mexican music, I can stay all day! I've also been there in the evening for drinks and appetizers out on the patio, it was a very relaxing evening, enjoyed it very much and can't wait to go back when the warm weather returns.
