The results were okay, but I knew I could get better results at a dental clinic. After, putting it off for a couple of years, I finally decided to take the plunge and schedule an appointment.
My experience at Rosedale Family Dental Clinic was outstanding from the time I arrived to the time I left. From the moment I first walked into the office I was amazed by how warm and inviting the office space was. It did not have the cold, sterile environment I had experienced at other dental offices. I knew right away that this was not going to be a typical dental appointment. I instantly felt comfortable and at ease.
Rosedale Family Dental Care is definitely my new choice for all of my future dental procedures. The overall feel of the office was nice and inviting. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and to answer my questions. Dr. Archer was professional and very friendly. Excellent professional service exceeded my expectation. I came into office upset with my broken front tooth and left from office happy with gorgeous smile and brand new tooth as if nothing happened to it! And I didn't need to wait for appointment for a long time, I broke my tooth in the evening and following day in the morning it was already fixed! Location is so convenient, bus stops just in front of the office door, and there is free parking as well, and I saved time combining it for both - shopping in Sherway Gardens Mall and dentist's visit. Office is so cozy, and relaxing environment makes you feeling very comfortable and forget about your problems. Dr. Halyna Pentsak is so experienced, attentive to your problem and very pleasant kind person.
