Ate in restaurant first time. Food was amazing. Service was great, except it was very hard to hear the server due to dining area was extremely loud. Could not carry on a conversation with my boyfriend because of the 8 people next to us. We will be returning though. Looking forward to enjoying some more of your amazing food. Read more

Great place to eat and great service. Been there 3 times in the past 2 weeks. I guess there going through change of ownership. Amazing to me how rude people can be. One of the times I was there I was standing in line and some lady was saying she had been waiting an hour. I had walk in behind them and she told the server that she was waiting for over an hour. I had been there for 20 minutes. They held the door for me when we all walked in. Maybe they should have went to McDonald’s. Read more

We arrived in Kingston for a hockey tournament and searched for a restaurant that was able to accommodate a group of 40, half of which were kids. The owner together with his staff welcomed our team and did an amazing job. The kids had a great time, the service was the best we've seen from any east side Mario's, and they did a great job on the food. Hats off to the staff and the owner for going above and beyond! Been going here for every other day for the better part of two years. Staff is very friendly, and I have never had any problems with my food. Despite the drive-thru line often being full, they are usually pretty quick to get the orders out. Read more
