I had been recommended to go to Stephos for the longest time and each time we tried having food the line up was long so we decided to go back later. A friend of mine recommended me to go between 1-5pm so I didn’t have to wait in the line up. I must say that I had never had such great service and delicious Souvlaki in Vancouver. We tried the Lamp Chops, the Calamari Dinner, Humus and the Lamp Souvlaki amongst the 4 of us. The price is great and the food really fantastic. I recommend this place to everyone and trust me it’s worth a wait in the line up to try this place. Read more

Maria's is a Kitsilano institution. The atmosphere is everything you would expect a Greek restaurant to offer complete with pictures of Greek scenery adorning the walls. The food is really good and even my wife who is not the biggest fan of Greek food loves the food at Maria's. I usually have what I had on our most recent visit...one of the souvlaki dinners.
