Tonite Nov 13 I was missing 4 Jr cheeseburgers from my order, I called the store, and a young gentleman apologized and asked if \I could come back in, I said yes it would be about 10 mins. When \I got there my order was ready, and when \I got home seen that not only had I received the 4 missing burgers but that they replaced the whole order and included fries. Best experience I've had at an oil change place! I used to go to the Penzoil in Vernon for 3 years...for some reason it was always so expensive. Jiffy Lube showed me a 'new' fuel filter they put in which was used. SA & Westbank location will honestly tell me if I need something or I don't. Great price and great service!
