I must say that the previous post is extremely dramatized, and someones in-aquatic post slanders persons without holding any kind of weight due to free posting on this section. Kaitlin is by far respectful, professional and on her game. I have never had any problem with the service, beverage or food ( and i love my beach bar ) at this starbucks or with Kaitlin. The overall service at this location is top notch ! The people working here should be very proud of themselves to be able to serve the hundreds a day with the same quality and service as the first person that enters the doors when its open in the morning ! He made sure to take care of our pictures through both processes of transferring the photo to a backing and building the frames and when something went wrong on one of our pictures he made sure to fix it without extra charge.
