I was actually searching to find a contact of who owns this McDonalds as I wanted to ensure they received this message. I went through the drive through around noon last Sunday Dec 2/18. And had the most outstanding service. Both staff that took my payment and that gave me my food had exceptional customer service !! The first time in a long time I have had an experience like that. I did my EMR course 3 years ago and came back to renew my certificate. After already attending Alfred's class previously, I was looking forward to the renewal. He didn't disappoint with his sense of hummour to keep us engaged. He is also super knowledgeable on all courses and Alberta standards.
