From the first time I called and spoke with Josh he was very knowledgable and gave me a very reasonable price. I had my truck in as the power window on the driver side would not go up and down, and he said bring it in and found the problem right away. OK, I recently did a review for having my radiator repaired a few days ago. I saved enough money from that repair (vs. OConnor Dodge) to consider doing a separate repair. The back passenger door lock crapped out sometime ago. I got a quote back in Sep 2019 from OConnor which was $520 including parts/labour/taxes. Ralph saved my life in which my car unexpectedly had problems that came out of the blue. Since I am hard of hearing I could not hear over the phone that he texted me through Facebook to walk me through the car problems in which we discovered that it needed to go into the mechanic shop which I took it in.
