I had the pleasure of having an associate named Heather assist me. I had to return 2 products that were spoiled..I did not have my receipt. I called the 1-800 No Frills help line, and they told me it was at the discretion of the store if I could get it replaced, without additional cost....Heather was exceptional. The Glass House is a delightful shop and workshop specializing in stained glass and fused glass jewelry by a variety of local artists. They sell beautiful, already created stained glass pieces, or will work to commission. The jewelry is absolutely gorgeous and prices are quite reasonalbe. The Glass Shop also runs courses in different areas of glass artistry, and rents studio space as available. I have found the staff (mostly artists themselves) to be very friendly and approachable. It's well worth the visit!

This place was fantastic. We booked a last minute room on a long weekend and they were very accommodating. Had a room with two double beds. Beds (and pillows especially!) were super comfy. The rooms all exit to the outside, and the area is nice and quiet. They have nice televisions with 60 odd channels, they give towels and soaps in the bathroom, and have a mini fridge, coffee maker and cups for your use. In the mornings in the main building they have a small but very satisfying breakfast with cereals, croissants, muffins, fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea, etc. If the weather is appropriate they even have an outdoor pool for guests to use. Everything in the room was clean and tidy, and it's not that far from downtown Kingston (just a quick drive into town). We got such a good value for the money you pay, we were very impressed. When we come back to Kingston we will always be staying here.

I definitely encourage others to take in movies here. I have been for two years now, and it is always enjoyable. The quality service and facilities have not declined, if anything there are small continual improvements.
Art deco themed the Silver Cinema has 60-comfortable seats, with lots of legroom. It is totally accessible, including washrooms. There is also a typical movie canteen available.
