I love Ikea! I have been a costomer sice it arrived in Calgary at its first location in the North East. I was thrilled when it moved to Deerfoot Meadows as I live in Parkland. I enjoy the inovative merchandise they keep producing which pove so workable in the home. Keep up the wonderful shopping experience. From a very happy costomer who owns many great Ikea products. Pop-A-Lock replaced my mailbox key 2 years ago. I called today as the key has been getting stuck for quite sometime now, explained what was happening and he quoted me then said he would be at my place today. I thought the key was getting jammed and I needed a new key/lock. When the rep arrived, he put WD40 in the key slot, tightened the screw a bit and then everything worked fine. I feel a tad ripped off, that they could have suggested I try WD40 before paying a service call of $75. Not happy. Read more
