I have been to other telescope stores that lack attention, service, and give a bad feeling as if they are more bothered. I was looking for an upgrade and went into Vancouver Telescope for the first time. These people are absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable, helpful, and returned the very next day. I am very happy with the owner's personal attention, and the staff. I will no longer go to any other store for an upgrade or accessories. First, let me start by saying I am really hard to fit. I spent hours getting fitted on granville st and just up the street from these guys. I never saw them until I went to the new Shoppers. Ive never had people be SO nice to me when I told them I didn't bring my wallet! They also seemed pretty confident (bit over confident) that they "always" get hard to fit people. So I went back (from DT) to check em out. I left with six bras. I am happy (so is my husband!) Recommend for hard to fit people. Read more
