We saw this company at the Cowichan Home Show and they came by to give us a quote. The salesman spent a good 2-3 hours awnsweing all of our questions about switching from baseboard to ductless. We had a few other quotes but this company was by far the most knowledgable and preofessional. We ended up going with 2 units in our home and they are working fantastic. I recently have had the pleasure of meeting Peter and Mike I had received a phone call offering furnace servicing, although they were kind on the phone and the special was good I declined there offer. Until recently when my furnace light went out and i had no heat. I got in contact with them and they offered to come out for free and diagnose the problem. They arrived on time, were very polite and respectful of my home they took off there shoes and put shoe covers over their socks. It turns out my pilot light had burnt out and they suggested having the furnace serviced which i agreed as it hadnt been done in sometime. They cleaned everything, nothing like the cleaning my furnace had received a few years prior.Like i said on there customer comment card I would definitely recommend Mike and peter to anyone. :) Read more
