Came here with my mother to get her a Christmas present, as she loves Pandora. There were a lot of people in the store, and the staff were quite busy, but someone attended to us within 2 minutes of our arrival. Best long term residential treatment program in Thunder Bay. The food is good, the workers are awesome, the location is great (near the woods), they even have a wood shop. It was essential to my own recovery which is just creeping towards 2 years of sobriety. I like the place so much that I almost would relapse just to go back!

11/10 i had the poutine and it was so good, some of the best that I've had in years, the chicken tenders are perfect and the chicken balls are amazing too, the staff make you feel like part of the family! I genuinely have nothing to complain about, i love it here.
