My name is Carol Miller. I began going to NOSL approx. 3 years ago. It's the best present I could have given myself. You are greeted so warmly as soon as you enter the establishment. Customer Service is of prime importance to not only the owner/operator, but all of her staff. They answer any questions and take their time, so you are comfortable. I am a perfectionist, and they take the same pride in doing their job as much as I do wanting the fabulous results. Great place. Good prices/value. Great staff. I appreciate how they always remind you to wash your hands before touching any of the pottery, so you don't render it useless. Kids love it for parties!
