I am so very relieved that I took the time to visit SafeWorld before I purchased my home safe. The staff member took the time to find out my needs ,answered all my questions and truly educated me on the merits of a "rated" safe vs unrated. Hadn't had any work beyond basic for almost 100K and my SUV had rolled over to 200K. Was scared to take my SUV in, as it would be a mechanic's dream and they could recommend $$$. Matthew was great and honest and gave me a full breakdown. Got out of there for minimum $ but with recommendations and time frames for later. He seems to have clients that he cares for over time than one time customer fixes. Can't say it for most but I fully trust and recommend Matt. Sent family there the next week.

In addition, he installed a cross member to strengthen the frame and make the closing hardware secure when closed. Closer works great and the door closes / locks on its own. Excellent knowledge and skills with installation. Nice solid door. Had helper with him but he performed most of the work.
