Mr. Bedard sent a young, able technician the very next day after my phone call. The young man quickly assessed the situation --- a completely plugged kitchen sink with a leaky pipe underneath --- and proceeded to make the requisite not-so-simple repairs in the kitchen and basement. The guys working here are very honest. It's a refreshing change from what I'm used to - previously needing to do my research so I don't get taken advantage of at other repair shops. An out of towner, I came to this facility for my regular Saturday morning Curves workout. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent, up-to-date equipment. It's quite small in square footage(you need to use each machine twice and they're placed very close together)but what made the experience FABULOUS was the trainer on duty -- Catherine. She stayed with me the entire time giving tips on how the new machines work and constant encouragement. A total professional. If only we could clone her!
