I was in panic mode when I came to this store - the power cord for my sons Cochlear implant batteries had conked out and it would take a few days to get a replacement shipped to us. Meaning he would not be able to hear during that time. Luckily for me Dexter was the first person in the store I talked to, and within two minutes he had figured out what I needed and even let me test it to make sure it worked. What a relief!! Here's my review of Bestway:
You can shop around at the big-box stores and get the lowest price for your ultra high-end just-like-a-theatre-in-your-home experience, and you'll probably save a few bucks.
Or, you can shop at Bestway where Ross and Byron and their staff have been for years and won't steer you wrong. They're very knowledgeable about the whole viewing experience, they started Bestway what? 30+ years ago?
Anyway if you want unrivaled customer service and support, I recommend Bestway.
I'm very thankful that I'm able to shop at this privately-owned TV and appliance store here in Calgary. I bought my TV from them back in 1995 and I'll be buying my next TV from Bestway when the time comes, for sure.

Went into Nissan Brasso to take a look and the staff was amazing from the first interaction. They weren't pushy, very informative and gave us space to discuss our choice. We had a trade in and the sales manager came over to speak to us and explain the trade value. Beyond this they were open to conversation about the value!
