Both the guys there were thorough gentleman and helped me out sincerely by connecting me to Epson support and pointing out the problem and ordering a replacement for me. I was on their phone with Epson for 40 mins but they attended to me with a lot of patience and helped me resolve my issue. I give them 5 + Stars.

i had to get flowers at the last second for a funeral. the woman working was so nice and helpful i didn't even realize i had walked in as she was closing. she made a beautiful arrangement and even offered to come in early the next day so i could pick them up. i can't say enough nice things about this place.
