I bought a pellet stove from these folks about 10 years ago. Happy to say that it still runs like a charm and I use it a lot - basically 24 hours a day for about 6 months of the year. Other that a few gaskets and a sensor that needed replacing I have not had any major issues with my stove. On the rare occasions when I needed some maintenance advice I spoke with one of their technicians (Marvin I think) and he was very helpful. Really cannot say enough about the product and the service.

I am SO happy that Tim Hortons came to Oakbank. Now I can feed my coffee addiction 3 times a day! I rated their service "good" as it has gotten A LOT better from when it first opened four months ago, and continues to get quicker service times.
