For more than 30 years, Thrift Shop proceeds have funded many LOCAL Beacon services and programs. Services like the Out of the Rain shelter for homeless youth. Kids’ literacy and play programs. Quality care for seniors living with dementia. And more.
We’re also proud to host free training programs at some Beacon Thrift Shops. Our shops are encouraging places where you can learn the skills you need for working in the retail industry.

Osborne Bay Resort is a full service RV and camping facility with Log Cabins on site. We are located in Crofton B.C. on Vancouver Island, only minutes from the Salt Spring Island Ferry.
Osborne Bay Resort is an Oceanfront R.V. Park that commenced building in 1992. We have 60 Full Service Sites, and 36 partial service grass sites on the waterfront and overlook.
We have a dock and pier at the end of the Old Causeway can be accessed at (almost) all states of the tide. A wonderful view of the marine activity that goes on at Crofton deep sea Port is yours to gaze upon from the benches on our pier.
Clair Downey Service has served Sidney and the Saanich Peninsula since the 1950s, providing warranty-approved vehicle maintenance and guaranteed repairs. We are also a designated inspection facility and secure storage compound for RVs and boats. Clair Downey Service offers customer pick-up and drop-off service, and courtesy cars are available as well.
