I received my quote the next day & work commenced the next week. I added additional work to be done & even with the additional work they stayed within a very tight time frame & completed. Now my neighbours walk by & taking pictures of the finished job as it looks absolutely outstanding. Gary was a pleasure to work with & any questions or concerns that I had, he dealt with right away. I've been participating in group training with Mark at Core Focus for over a year and have lost 45 pounds so far and gained multiple positive health and fitness results. Group training is fun, positive, and the group members are supportive of each other. Mark is a great trainer - he challenges, makes group classes interesting and interactive - he is personable and gives one-on-one attention and assessments to each participant. This is a nice little clinic just outside of the downtown bustle. Dr. Nichol has been very helpful and the staff are nice. Overall, the place has a very clean look and feel. Like all medical clinics, the wait can be a bit of a bore, but it's nothing unreasonable. Women looking for paps often need to book weeks in advance, so keep this in mind. :)

I have to say my friend is right I had a problem with my gaming computer I had taken it to another computer shop and they were telling me you have to buy a new one, and I love my PC and didn't want to do that then I took to him he gave it another life and my PC is running much better and is faster.
