I have been coming here for close to 20 years and have seen quite a few management changeovers in that time. Keta is by far the best! She has brought in new services and with it new customers and at the same time ensured that it is very friendly and it is like going to see family. As silly as that sounds it means i really enjoy going. I have also had consistently great service from Keta, Sandra or Dom, often when i walk in without appointment. I just wanted to comment and thank the staff at Yellow Orange Salon and Spa. Whenever I come in to get any services done, the receptionist (think her name is Loren or Laura) always is so bubbly, and always has a smile on her face. She sends me up to the salon where I usually am greeted by Hilary or Elisa? (Spelling). Whichever one they are always quick to offer me a coffee or tea. And they escort you over to the stations and make great conversation. Then I'm usually greeted (Loudly) by my Lovable stylist GIANCARLO! He really loves and appreciated his clients and loves making jokes. He really makes me feel so comfortable and never nervous.
