I could not be happier with the service and quality at this Craftsman Collision. I dropped my car off and because I didn't have comprehensive coverage I was not able to get a free rental car. However, the manager was kind enough to give me a ride to work. He even had the car dropped off at my work when it was complete. The labor was performed in 2 day, which was one day ahead of schedule. This was great because I depend on my car as most people do and I was happy to get it back a day early. The quality of the work was excellent, it was like new. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was especially impressed with the care and customer service provided by the manager Greg Kirkby. I highly recommend this Craftsman Collision location to anyone looking to get their car repair. I will definitely send my friend and family there should they need work done. Tomas Beblar Read more

I CAN'T SPEAK HIGHLY ENOUGH ABOUT THE FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL SERVICE I RECEIVED WHEN I TOOK MY 2007 TOYOTA MATRIX TO THE KP AUTO BODY SHOP WITH DAMAGE TO THE RIGHT FRONT BUMPER AND SCRATCHES TO THE ENTIRE RIGHT SIDE OF THE VEHICLE. Fred Automotive gets my definite thumbs up for perservernce and integrity. They were recommended to me by another shop that had closed down and it proved to be a sound recommendation.
