I had a keratin treatment in this salon 2weeks ago with estefani ,she did a great job !!!it was so expensive though , I walked in with long dark fuzzy hair ,, and they charged me almost 600 $ for treatment & shampoo but it’s worth it ... i walked out few hours later with long silky light brown hair ( keratin treatment lighten your hair aliittle bit and I liked it ) which I couldn’t imagine I could ever have them !!!! I went to this salon in the Scotia Plaza on a Friday evening after work & it was a great experience & atmosphere. It seems like all the staff get along really well. I was greeted at the front desk & seen to immediately without an appointment. The salon has recently been renovated & it looks fabulous. I also got a mani/pedi done in their spa & it was such a calming experience. Their spa is beautiful & extremely well kept. I was delighted with the services, my haircut costed me $65 with a senior stylist (a lovely blonde irish girl). I originally came in & asked for their special for a haircut and manicure for $55 but their junior stylist was already booked up. I was disappointed but still very pleased at how they negotiated pricing for all 3 services. I was able to get a manicure for half the price & I decided to get a pedicure also because of how pleased I was with the esthetician. I will definitely be returning & I would recommend anyone to give the salon a try, not to mention AMAZING location! Read more

We, and our family have been going to First Choice for many many years. Never discouraged for price increases, as that is expected. However, it is very inconsiderate increasing hair cut prices by about 15% the first day after being closed for so long. I realize you have lost a lot financially but your customers are not to blame. They have lost a lot as well. Perhaps if we had received a card for 10 or 15% off our next cut, it would have stung a little less. Read more
