Great Place! I have a bunch of picky eaters in my family, and this place does not allow that! I LOVED it! Like the other posts state, you go in, tell them what you do not like or have allergies to and they just bring you food. Our waitress said, I am here to feed you and make you happy lol. We started with 3 apps, and had two platters for the main meal followed by an AMAZING strawberry cheese cake for dessert! Let me tell you..This was no little slab of cake, it was a massive peice, I was totally cheese caked out after. it was by far the best Itilan place we have ever been to! Our total bill was 65$ for 3 people. We felt that was not over priced at all, given the quality of service and food. Another thing I also liked, was no one in the place had the same platter of food! We checked out what everyone was getting and it was all totally different! I loved that about this place! You FOR SURE need to make reservations for this place, it has seriously like 10 tables. I've hosted all kinds of events at Koosh: from retirement lunches to important dinners and so on. They are flexible and can cater to all kinds of needs. Otherwise, I go often with my family and have never been disappointed. The wine list is extensive, food is noticeably fresh and the wait staff is lovely. The Robert Simpson beers are delicious, too. I'll typically order the grilled pork tenderloin but I'm also a fan of the veal gorgonzola, veal marsala and lamb shank. For lunch, the pasta or pizza specials are also quite good. If find yourself there on a weekend morning, the pancake is thick and meaty and quite unlike anything I've ever had. A great gem in a quiet and decrepit part of town. Bean bar and Bistro 1010 haven't been the same since Koosh opened. Read more

This place is one of my favourite places in all of Hamilton to go - I usually only go on special occasions as I revere the food and pastas that much and would never want to spoil the pleasure in which I have each outing I go. I boldly say that of my seven years in Hamilton that this is the best italian restaurant in the city. My favourite dish is the Chicken Parmigiana - the meal always feels like it was cooked right then and there and the quality is unreal, it just is perfectly cooked just a notch past al dente pasta with a delicious red sauce and a great serving of chicken cutlets. The servers are always top notch and so respectful and always take good care of things. To work there I would definately have some pride in my work, just outstanding place in all. Read more
