I have gone to Grand Chalet/ Tony Spiducci's many times. I have had the pleasure of going with one person and have been there with up to 25 people. The service, food and atmosphere didn't waver a bit... Every time i have gone I have had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the food. I will and have recommended this restaurant to everyone I know. Try an order of spiducci's when your there..so yummy (tiny lamb meat only shish kebobs)

WOW!!!! My party and I were impressed.
I have had the pleasure of a couple of Friday night specials and I will be back. The polenta & duck with spaghetti alla chitarra, rapini, mixed rucula salad, focaccia and desert were a dining experience on par with some of Italy's finest restaurants I've had the pleasure to enjoy. I love Little Ceasars.I was disapointed when I heard they were moving from Eastway Plaza, New St,Burlington to a new location on Fairview Street. The new location is amazing. Its huge. We stumbled upon this new pizzeria and thought we'd give it a shot. We were surprised to find out it just opened this week. I had the "European" pizza and it was so delicious! It tastes just like the authentic thin crust pizza you get in Rome. The ingredients are so fresh and high quality. We will order from them again no doubt.

I visited this establishment with some potential clients the other day and was taken back by the service we had. I must say the food was great, but what sets this venue apart from others, is quality of customer service we were provided with. The Manager himself made his way to our table and ensured we were happy with our orders, which we were. My clients who were from the States were happy and we also got a deal done. REALLY EXCELLENT PASTAS! GREAT PIZZA!! REALLY GOOD CALZONE! Waitresses are really attentive and good as well. We Were So Happy to Find a Good Italian Restaurant. Not Fancy, but Good Food. We don't live in Hamilton, but drove there as heard it was a "good restaurant'. Well it was sooo good we went back the Next Friday Nite as Well! Pasta's were very fresh, cooked Al dente, and the Salmon (cream sauce with Salmon) Was EXCELLENT. Salmon super tasty and fresh!! and alot of it in the Pasta!! Ordered 4 cheese Pizza - shared it - it was really good! Ceasar Salads were ok, no compaints. Waitress gave us really good suggestions.. knew the menu well and suggested some popular (and her favourite items). We were impressed. She even was ontop with her wine selections... lol. Young girl, but ontop of her game!
Only down side, is it can be a bit noisey. There was a large party at the end of the restaurant - and the kids were loud, as were the adults. No separation from the others... so made dinner conversation a bit challenging. However the second time we went there - no large party - and the sound was fine.
My husband ordered a dessert - red velvet cake he said it was excellent..! Enjoyed every bite. DEFINATELY WILL RETURN! GOOD FOOD , GOOD VALUE, GOOD PRICE!!!

Being from the Chicago area, my husband and I are used to good pizza. When we moved here, we were both very disappointed in any pizza we had...until we ate Venezia's! This is authentic, great tasting, made to order pizza which will keep you coming back! Granted, it is mostly for take-out though they do deliver and have a few tables inside to eat on (outdoors, weather depending). It's casual and great for when you don't have time to make dinner or you're simply craving pizza. Their panzarotti's are also wonderful! The lady who owns it must be from Italy and she is quite sweet and lovely. The other people who work there (all related I think) are also very friendly.
