I had an issue (self inflicted) with my Boston Whaler while away just before the Labour Day long weekend. I called the service department at least five times during the day to try and find the problem. They were extremely helpful and patient and I did eventually source the problem to some fuses in the ignition system. I was on Galiano Island and Ben in service was going to be on Mayne Island the following day and offered to bring them to me. Customer Service above and beyond!!!

He’s thorough and his attention to detail is next level. This person is the back bone of a well trained, full service Mr. Lube.
